POSITION: Project Manager/Engineering Coordinator

Provide project coordination on assigned projects to ensure project’s profitability through comprehensive project handoff, resource utilization, technical and management support, change order management, and effective and timely closeout of the project. Competitive wages and benefits.

Responsible for the project coordination of assigned projects to ensure increased productivity and efficiency, quality of workmanship, safety and client satisfaction. Able to identify constraints (technical, schedule, resource, and budget) for each project assigned and provide workable resolutions to assist the project team and the customer. Monitor and communicate the status of customer projects, with attention to invoicing and change orders, project costs, percent completion, risk-management, and the performance of the assigned field team. Provides guidance and support to project field leaders and foreman to interpret the statement of work, methods of installation, company process and procedures, customer requirements (e.g. plans and specs), tools and equipment needs, material and subcontractor’s requirements.

Must exhibit managerial and technical leadership and have experience in team building, process improvement, conflict resolution and motivating people. Proven track record in project management coordinating efforts of system implementation with field system engineer teams. Formal training in Project Management methods and techniques. Confident with a positive self-image. Must have proficient verbal and written communication and organizational skills including proficient in Word, Visio, Excel and cost estimating. Bachelor Degree and PMP Certification desirable. Confident, professional and adaptable.
